  • Any cancellations made between 4 business days (18:00 local time) to 1 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 80% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Check In/Pickup Location Details

  • The meeting point is a 5-minute walk from the West Exit of Shinjuku Station.
    Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to the departure time and look for the staff member holding the "ONTABI" sign.

    Go out of the West Exit at Shinjuku Station and head to the first floor on the elevator. You will see the SUBARU Shinjuku building on the opposite side and the bank on the next building on the side.
    Please note that the underground passage from the station to the building is not open all day. It is advised to go around to cross to the other side as shown in the map.

Restrictions

  • Infants ages 2 years old and below may join for free but with no separate seat and meal. One (1) infant (ages 0 to 2) per adult participant may join free of charge but for two or more infants, please book with the child (ages 3 to 5) rate.

Additional Notes

  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • In accordance with Japanese law, minors ages 19 years old and below are prohibited from drinking alcohol.
  • The tour will be canceled in case of bad weather condition. In such case, participants will be informed at around 14:00 JST the day before.
  • The visitation time mentioned in the itinerary is only an approximation and the actual time at each site will be decided by the tour guide.
  • Please understand that refunds will not be issued even if this tour was not able to visit some sites that are temporarily under renovation or closed.
  • One handbag per participant can be brought in this tour. For other huge luggage, please store them at the hotel or nearby lockers.
  • This tour will be operated with a Chinese, English or Japanese-speaking guide and will depend on the nationality of the participants.
  • The bus to be used on this tour will depend on the total number of participants (ex. 13-seater, 24-seater, 45-seater).
  • This tour will operate even with only one (1) participant.

See the naturally-formed ice pillars that span 150 meters and are displayed with different light effects for each. Take pictures of this natural occurrence which can only be seen here.
